Support Portal Migration Overview

As part of our commitment to providing a seamless and integrated support experience, the legacy Nominum Support Portal (support.nominum.com) is migrating to Akamai Control Center (ACC) at control.akamai.com beginning on June 15th. Moving forward, this new platform will be known as the Carrier Support Portal.

This transition centralizes your technical resources, creating a "one-stop shop" for managing your Akamai and Nominum solutions.

What You Can Do in the New Portal

Once the migration is complete, you will use the Akamai Control Center to manage your services. Key capabilities include:

How to Access the Portal

  1. Navigate to control.akamai.com.
  2. Log in using your ACC credentials.
  3. Open the left-navigation menu (the three horizontal lines) and select Carrier Support Portal under the DNS Solutions heading.
  4. Bookmark this site for future reference.

Quick Note on terms: You might see the terms SPS and SIA on ACC—they both refer to the reporting, security and web-filter enhancements you can layer on top of DNSi solutions.
